We are looking for someone who can work up to 5 days a week in our Hobart office, with an immediate start.

We need someone who is confident on the phone, with good computer skills and already has administration or sales experience.

We need a great communicator, with the ability to multi-task. An organised person, with good time management and the ability to use technology to assist with this.

Being an Administrator for Assemble Anything is suited to people who are:

  • Looking for a stable, Part to Full-time position, with a long-term outlook like us
  • Comfortable making and receiving calls and emails with professional co-workers
  • Able to create Work-Orders and schedule them for Co-workers
  • Good at data entry, into Job management software, then seeing the job right through
  • Excited by “Project Administration” – making it your own!
  • Want to make a difference to a businesses’ future
  • Have owned or operated a small business (not essential)
  • Cheerful, like working as a team, love customer service!
